#ThrowbackThursday
Here's a peek at my experiences starting out at deviantART and some major things that went on throughout my time here.
In the beginning...
The first time I've ever heard of deviantART was back on the late Nintendo NSider Forums' Fan Art board. There was a rule that mentioned "Don't link to deviantART." so naturally I was rather curious about it. ;D
As time went on, more and more of my friends from NSider's Fan Art board have made their home on dA, such as Arbok-X, Bowser81889, cartoonlion, green-tk, and superTULER. I then made the plunge in 2008 and I still enjoy being a part of the community here to this day.
Early Days
I started out on deviantART as MrLuigiFreak101 (gasp) and obviously I was a much younger/immature fellow then. I've made mistakes and learned from them. Made more friends, and lost a few. My friends helped me through those difficulties and I was inspired by cartoonlion and superTULER to start making and posting art here. dA was a huge help in keeping my sanity as things took a nasty turn in my life.
The Age of Customization
As dA grew and updated their layouts, I was heavily inspired to learn about profile customization such as Journal and Gallery styles. I began making journal skins and made some for friends. I found out about customizing profile widgets and I made ridiculously heavy use of it.

Mingling About
During the past few years, I was able to attend several deviantMEETS to meet new friends!
At these events, I've made strong friendships that I can't imagine what I would be like without them. They've inspired and helped me move forward and start making something of myself, and I'm very grateful to know them. (notable: ikazon, haldron, marioluevanos)
Identity Shift
In 2011, I've made the change to LearlessFeader, coined by Cajunstarwalker. I was eager to use a name that sounds much more mature than my previous name, yet still pays an homage to the original.
Recovery and Keeping Up
Things have slowed down a bit for me for the past two years due to college and several things that aren't working out the way I had hoped. I've been pretty unorganized, but I'm doing my best to get back into creating and sharing art and some design work here.
deviantART has been my long-term residence online, and it feels great to get back into the groove of things here.

2015 Q4 Update
HEY
I'm in the process of cleaning things up a bit, but I'll update this journal or a separate journal on what's been moved where.
That's pretty much it; I'll update once things have been set up, and I'll link to where I'll be posting the new quarterly updates.
You can find more info in that Reorganization journal, if you like.
Reorganization
Moving towards professionalism
ooo the p-word.
From this point to the end of the year, I'll be changing some of my online presences to be more professional. Here's my plan so far:
Twitter: Frequent UpdatesTumblr: Periodic Updates and Game Dev UpdatesDeviantArt/maybe Behance: UX/InterfacesItch.io: Games!Weasyl: Anthro Art
This list is tentative, but just shows how I'm going to divide up content.
My quarterly updates will be posted on Tumblr beginning next year, and with a bit more detail.
(I plan to make use of the "LearlessFeader/LF" name professionally so it's time I make this first step.)

That's pretty much my story, but I got lazy and stopped art-ing. Still draw now and then, but I'm too lazy to dust off my scanner.
Now I just stick around to keep track of all the other great artists.
